Thank you for shopping with us. Each product is made to order specially for you. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return and replacement policy.


❌ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.


✅ Eligible for Replacement / Refund

We will gladly assist you if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A printing defect

  • An incorrect item (wrong product or wrong size sent)


⏱ Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Your order ID

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


🔄 Replacement Process

Once your request is verified:

  • We will arrange a free replacement for eligible cases

  • Replacements are subject to verification and approval

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.


💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only if replacement is not feasible

  • Once approved, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider


📦 Return Shipping

  • In most cases, return shipping is not required

  • If return pickup is needed, we will guide you through the process


🚫 Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or sent for printing.
